Emergency Contacts & Contractors

Strata customers are free to engage the contacts below for utility outages and urgent maintenance matters.

Where possible, contact Strata LAB Co before arranging a contractor. If we cannot be reached and urgent action is required, you may contact an appropriate contractor below.

Note: For outages affecting multiple lots, contact the relevant utility provider first to check for a network outage.

If Strata LAB Co cannot be contacted and an emergency contractor is engaged, responsibility for the cost will be determined after the issue is investigated.

Where the issue is determined to be a strata company responsibility, the cost may be treated as a strata expense. Where it is determined to be a lot owner's responsibility, the owner may be liable for the associated costs.

Please provide Strata LAB Co with any reports, photographs and invoices following an emergency attendance.

Gates & Lifts

Security Gate: Use the manual release/override where provided and contact the authorised gate technician. Do not force or dismantle the mechanism.

Lift: Follow the emergency instructions displayed at the lift and contact the authorised lift technician. If someone is trapped or there is an immediate safety risk, call 000.

Emergency & Safety

Fire, serious injury or immediate threat to life: call 000.

Take reasonable steps to prevent further damage or secure an affected area where safe to do so.
